Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This referral program is open to all existing PowerImporter customers ("Referrers") residing in countries where PowerImporter operates.
Referred individuals ("Referred Persons") must be new customers of PowerImporter and reside in a country where PowerImporter operates.
Employees of PowerImporter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this program as Referrers.
2. Referral Process
Referrals can be made by sharing a unique referral code provided by PowerImporter.
Referrers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they share with potential Referred Persons.
Spamming or any other unethical referral tactics are strictly prohibited.
3. Earning Referral Rewards
A Referrer will be eligible for a $29 credit on theirPowerImporter account after 30 days if a Referred Person:
- Creates a new account.
- Makes a qualifying purchase of any PowerImporter productor service with a minimum value of $29 (excluding taxes and fees).
- Enters the Referrer's unique referral code at checkout.
The Referred Person will be eligible for a $29 discount ontheir first purchase with PowerImporter (minimum purchase of $29) aftercreating a new account and entering the Referrer's unique referral code at checkout.
4. Disqualification
PowerImporter reserves the right to disqualify any referral if it suspects fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Self-referrals (a customer referring themself using adifferent email address).
- Using multiple accounts to create referrals.
- Using automated bots or scripts to generate referrals.
- Sharing referral codes on public forums or websitespromoting coupon codes or discounts.
Any attempt to manipulate the referral program may result inthe disqualification of the associated accounts and the forfeiture of any earned rewards.
5. Reward Redemption
The $29 credit for Referrers will be automatically applied to their PowerImporter account after 30 days of the Referred Person's qualifying purchase (minimum $29).
The Referred Person's $29 discount will be reflected atcheckout when making their first qualifying purchase of $29 or more.
Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases or combined with other promotional offers.
A Referred Person can only use one referral code per account.
6. Money Back Guarantee
If a Referred Person activates the 30-day money-backguarantee scheme offered by PowerImporter, the $29 discount used on their first purchase will not be refunded.
In such cases, the $29 credit awarded to the Referrer will also be revoked from their account.
7. Program Termination
PowerImporter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any earned but unredeemed rewards at the time of program termination will be forfeited.
